ORDERS

The Acquasport Scuba Warehouse catalogue is available 24 hours a day and always updated with the latest news. You can search for products you are interested in by using the "search" function or browse the different categories. For some products, in addition to the desired quantity, you will need to select the language, available inside the product description. Once you've added your products to cart, it takes a few clicks to complete the order. Our system guarantees maximum safety to protect your purchases and personal information. 

PRICES AND DISCOUNTS

All the prices inclused italian VAT a the rates of 22% or 4% (depending on the products category). If you are shopping within the european union and you provide a valid VAT address then the total VAT amount will be deducted from you order.
For some users we apply an extra discount the ACQUASPORT price. The discount is always visible in the cart.

All the PADI Resort, 5 STAR e 5*IDC Center have the right to receive and extra discount on the ACQUASPORT price:  

For sports club, diving and shops not enrolled with PADI we reserve an extra discount on all ACQUASPORT prices from 2% to 10%, based on a minimum order amount defined with our purchasing department.

The same apply to divers instructors. Please contact us for further details.

SHIPPING

All orders received by Acquasport before 15.00, and for which the payment was succesfull, are fulfilled and shipped on the same day.

Shipments occurs only from Monday to Friday, except for holidays.

The courier delivery to the address indicated at time of order, and once it get shipped any variation is not possible nor guaranteed. The average delivery time in Italy is about 24h, except for some smaller cities and islands, for which it may take up to 48h.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, throughout the day. You can not request a custom appointment for delivery.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice of failure to deliver, and you'll need to request a new delivery attempt by clicking here.

RETURNS

Products purchased on Acquasport benefits from the right of withdrawal, as required by current legislation in force. The right of withdrawal applies only to final consumers, who buy the products for purposes unrelated to the professional activity.

We remind you that you have 14 days from receipt of goods to inform Acquasport of the intention to return an order, and then you will have 14 days to send the goods to Acquasport.
Acquasport will check the received products, assess their integrity, and will issue a refund within the next 7 days.

We remind you that the postage for returns are at your expense.
