Acquasport Lecco s.a.s. was founded on 1980 by Emilio Rota, first PADI Instructor in Italy. Today Acquasport is a leader in Italy in the PADI Instructors certification and in the DAN and DSAT Instructors training at any level, by operating 12 months per year.

On September 2007 our company received from PADI EMEA the prestigious title of PADI Career Development Center. This coveted recognition confirms Acquasport Lecco as an italian leader and between the best and most modern Padi Instructors training centers in the international scene. Every year ACQUASPORT certifies over 40 PADI Instructors and issues over 200 specialization and professioanl diving licenses. |
Our head office is situated near the Lecco/Como Lake, where in addition to the two shops, specialized in diving gears and photography, there is also the educational center and the warehouse.
The ACQUASPORT educational center, along with two modern classrooms, a cylinders refill station and a laboratory equipped for servicing and repairs, also includes a warehouse of diving equipment available for rental service, with a wide range of new products from the best brands, available to try.
PADI EMEA ITALIAN REDISTRIBUTOR
Starting January 2012 ACQUASPORT is a PADI EMEA official distributor for the italian market. This important nomination position further strengthens the service in the diving industry as a multipurpose and forefront educational center.
ACQUASPORT, the only College PADI Career Development Center in Italy, having operated in the Italian market for more than 20 years in the training of PADI Instructors, has organized 95 IDC, certifying over 600 PADI Instructors.

MARES SHOW-ROOM
Starting January 2012 ACQUASPORT is a MARES official partner.
Next to the shop, in the primary educational center, it has been setup a new education center area and a product showroom.
The new MARES-ACQUASPORT show room aims to present and preview all the new MARES products. Also we prepared a second classroom in which MARES technicians and Sergio Corti, technical manager ACQUASPORT, organize professional training courses reserved to owners of shops, diving center and diving instructors, for the equipment maintenance and repair and MARES certifications and authorizations.
